Website building process

  1. Consultation: We start with an interview (online or offline) where I ask questions to understand your needs.

  2. Proposal & Concepts: After the interview, I send you a proposal based on our discussion.

  3. Design Development: If you like the proposal, we can begin working together on the website..

  4. Payment & Work Start: Once you decide to proceed, I send an invoice and start the design work.

  5. Timeline: The design process takes 18 working days.

  6. Cost: My design and setup fee starts from $490 NZD (one-time). Wix plan starting at $132 USD per year. Custom domain around $30 NZD per year

  7. Payment: The payment for the website design shall be made upfront and can be divided according to the design stages (for example 90$, 200S and 200$). Payment for Wix or Shopify and domain can be paid at last when the website is ready to launch.

  8. Revisions: You get 3 rounds of free edits (1 round = 1 email with unlimited suggestions).

Terms & Conditions

  1. Content and images need to be provided before creating the website because it is the base of the website and any design elements such as illustrations, layout, etc need to reflect the content.

  2. The waiting time for responses, necessary data, photography, necessary information, payments, feedback or other documentation shall be excluded from the overall timeline stipulated

  3. Working days shall refer to weekdays from Monday through Friday, exclusive of officially recognized public holidays in New Zealand. Saturdays and Sundays shall be expressly excluded from the Service Provider's designated working days. The Service Provider shall not be obliged to render services or engage in work activities on these designated public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

  4. The payment for the website design shall be made upfront and can be divided according to the design stages (for example 90$, 200S and 200$). Payment for the Wix or Shopify plan can be made once the website is designed, developed, and ready to go live.

  5. ​Data, photos, tools, information, payments, or feedback needed for the project have to be provided within 3 working days after the request. If it takes longer than 3 working days, it might affect how quickly the project is completed. In such cases, the service provider can work on other projects instead, and the client's project won't be given as much priority as before.

  6. ​There are 3 rounds of free website design edits ( 1 round is 1 email to kvasova.n.nz@gmail.com with unlimited edit suggestions).

  7. ​I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our practices for operational, legal, or other reasons.
